The scent of cinnamon covered apples made everyone coming to the kitchen!
All you need:
12 pastry leaves, 5 apples (washed, cored and cut small cubes), 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, cooking spray, vanilla essence, icing sugar
Mix the apple cubes with cinnamon, brown sugar and vanilla essence.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place one sheet of dough on the baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Add 2 spoons of apples mixture and roll up the dough and spray top once more. Bake for 30 minutes.
When done, use a sieve and sprinkle icing sugar over the pastry rolls and serve with caramel sauce! Simply delicious!
