200 g plain flour, 40 g powdered sugar, 1 small egg, 100 g butter cold, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
180 g grated fresh coconut, 75 g butter, 95 g powdered sugar, 2 eggs, 5 tablespoons milk powder.
Mix the cold butter and flour, get a crumble mixture. Add the sugar, one egg, vanilla, mix well and put the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. For filling mix well all the ingredients. Make small tarts and pour the filling. Bake in 180 degree oven for 25 minutes.
